No, at this time we will only ship to to United States... sorry.

How many graphics can I choose?
For Hershey Nugget Candy wrappers you may choose a different graphic for EACH sheet purchased ..... 30 to a sheet For Hershey Kiss labels you may choose a different graphic for EACH sheet purchased....108 per sheet. For Lollipop tags you may choose a different graphic for each SET of 10 purchased. For Tic Tac Labels you may choose a different graphic for each sheet purchased ...14 to a sheet. All Wish Cards, Invitations, Thank You Cards, Crossword Puzzles you may choose 1 graphic per ORDER.

How to I get combined shipping?
Purchase all items, in any amount you wish......complete Check-out..........BUT DO NOT PAY. After you have competed your order contact us, give us your order # and let us know which shipping method you want....1st Class --- Priority Mail --- or Express Shipping (overnight) We will then send you a combined invoice with your corrected shipping on it....You can then pay that invoice.

What information do you need and how do I get it to you?
All the print information we need for your item is on the listing page UNDER - HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER. Please read that entire section...........DO NOT ASSUME what we need. If you fail to provide ALL information requested, your order will remain on hold until we receive it. Include all the information in the Notes Section during Check-out.

How soon will I receive my order?
We print and ship fast (most orders ship the next business day) ... however please allow 1-3 business days for processing of your order......We will print as soon as payment is made and ALL printing information is received. Please ask all questions PRIOR to paying. Your order will be shipped (MONDAY-FRIDAY) after payment and print information is received. We CANNOT give you a firm date on when your order will arrive........once we mail your order, it becomes the responsibility of the US Post Office.

How will I know you received my payment and my order has shipped?
If you DO NOT hear from us after payment is made.......your order is complete and is being processed. When your order ships you will receive a shipping notification from us. If your email is not valid or your spam filter will not accept our emails you will not receive any information from us. This is your responsibility to keep your information current, as this is the only way we have to contact you! IF WE NEED MORE INFORMATION TO PROCESS YOUR ORDER WE WILL EMAIL YOU.

What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Paypal (Credit Cards, direct transfers and e-checks) and Money Orders/Cashiers Checks. NO personal checks accepted, NO exceptions! Please be aware that if you are paying with an E-check it will take up to 4 business days for your e-check to clear.....and we will not print and ship your order until it does.

My order never arrived what should I do?
We ship using USPS (United States Postal Service), either via first class mail or Priority Mail, which ever you pay for. Please allow up to 15 Business days (for first class mailings -- believe it or not the Post Office tends to be quite slow sometimes) and 5 Business Days for Priority Mail, from mailing date, for your order to arrive. NOTE: A Business Day is Monday-Friday ....does NOT include Weekends or Holidays. If at the end of 15 Business days you still have not received your order AND If you purchased insurance we will re-send your order.... Please allow enough time prior to your event to account for the Postal Service SLOW 1st class service..... We will re-print and re-ship your order and re-send either 1st class or Priority --Which ever YOU originally paid for. Insurance is for LOST shipment (shipments that do not arrive at all within 30 Business Days) or DAMAGED shipments. Purchasing Insurance does NOT GUARANTEE you will receive your order BEFORE your event. WE ARE NOT RESPOSIBLE FOR YOUR ITEM NOT ARRIVING IN TIME FOR YOUR EVENT IF YOU DO NOT ORDER WITH ENOUGH LEAD TIME or If you fail to provide all print information in a timely manner. A late delivery of your order is NOT considered a lost shipment. (If you are in a time crunch PLEASE pay for PRIORITY MAIL) Refunds (of your original purchase price, less shipping and insurance) are ONLY given if your order has not arrived after 30 business days or if your package arrived damaged and unusable....and ONLY if insurance was purchased. Please contact us immediately ONLY if your package was damaged and unusable OR after 30 Business days, if you have not received your order, for the requirements for a refund. However if no insurance is purchased we CANNOT be responsible once your order has been mailed. NO re-printing or REFUNDS will be given. PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL US ASKING WHERE YOUR ORDER IS ONCE YOU HAVE RECEIVED A SHIPPING NOTIFICATION FROM US. WE HAVE NO MORE INFORMATION THEN YOU DO ONCE WE HAND YOUR ORDER OVER TO THE POST OFFICE.

I got my order and they are not correct (Dates, Names, etc wrong), what do I do?
Please contact us via email --PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR ECRATER ORDER #-- SO WE KNOW WHO YOU ARE and let us know what the problem is. We print directly from the print information you provide us. If we discover that WE made a mistake in the printing of the information you provided---- we will re-print your order for you. However, if the typo's or dates, clip art etc. are incorrect due to you submitting incorrect information we will NOT re-print your order. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO DOUBLE CHECK ALL YOUR PRINT INFORMATION BEFORE YOU SUBMIT IT TO US. We will go the extra mile for our customers! However, if we don't know there is a problem we can't fix it! Please contact us via email if you have a problem with your order. Feedback is NOT considered communication with us!

What if my shipment is returned for non-delivery?
If your package comes back to us for non-delivery (either for a wrong address, moved, etc), we will not re-ship until you pay the return shipping charges and re-verify the shipping address. {If we find that the non-delivery was in some part our fault -- we will re-ship at no cost to you}
